Many of the manufacturers o vaporizers usually advertise their products as the best and healthiest there are in the market, while quietly suggesting that what other manufacturers are putting forth in the market is substandard, and dangerous to use. This makes a buyer’s decision making process tougher. It is important then for the consumers to understand the difference in the heating elements used in the manufacture of the vaporizers, which is more important than which model it comes shipped in.
The heating element is the most important part of the vaporizer. It regulates the temperature of the air that catalyzes the active ingredients as air passes through it. The air can be forced through by a mechanism, or by the inhalant’s pulling. The element need to maintain an accurate temperature setting. There are various types of heating elements.
There are ceramic heating elements. They have a reputation of being the cleanest and therefore the healthiest. Aluminum makes another heating element kind. It reacts faster to heat, which has some people claiming it is the better heating element. It may have a lower boiling point than ceramic, but it is still high enough not to endanger the life of the user. Those who say it can cause Alzheimer’s disease are wrong.
Glass is also an alternative. It does not differ much to ceramic in its properties.
When you consider all this, it becomes clear that choosing a heating element has more to do with personal taste than health concerns. Precision also, falls into the same category. Any health concern may lay with the type of plastic housing and tubing used in different models. Expensive vaporizers have better heating element. Stick with ceramic ones in any other category.
